Cost of Psychological Evaluation

I accept self-pay clients, as well as many standard insurance plans in Oregon, including the following:

* Aetna

* First Choice

* BCBS

* Moda

* PacificSource

It is important to contact your insurance directly to ensure your coverage/outpatient benefits for assessment services prior to engaging in a comprehensive psychological assessment.

Some insurance plans require pre-authorization for psychological assessment services. If your plan is one of these, pre-authorization is best obtained by having your referral source or current medical or mental health providers submit the required forms/request.

The typical cost of a comprehensive psychological assessment through my practice is approximately $2300. This includes several hours of work by myself, and my administrative team.
